Owners can use their seven weeks a year themselves, allow others to rent their second home, or trade their weeks through various second home exchange programs both in the U.S.  and abroad.

Fractional Design is focused on a new market segment “Affordable Second Homes,” while traditional models focus on high buy-in prices of a quarter of a million dollars and above.  Fractional Design offers single family homes with buy-in-prices of $99,000 to $150,000 - while still focusing on luxury living and the most desirable locations.  Fractional Design offers a seven-week ownership model which allows owners to only pay for the time they may actually use.  Statistics show that on average, a family uses their second home 28 days a year.   Fractional Design actually gives each owner 49 days a year – and the opportunity to rent or trade their extra time.
